DEPARTMENT MANAGER
Responsibilities include: Scheduling, coordinating, and managing multiple orders in a dynamic, demanding, fast paced environment. Other duties include defining and maintaining procedures, increasing quality standards, improving efficiency, and hiring and developing a trained staff. The ideal candidate would possess a Bachelor’s degree, be dependable, detail oriented, and able to utilize time efficiently. A strong personality, ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations, excellent people skills, and a high level of initiative are also critical characteristics.
EXPERIENCED EQUIPMENT INSTALLERS
$55,000 TO $80,000 PER YEAR The ideal candidate should be mechanically inclined, be able to read blue prints, possess, organizational skills and have a desire for overnight travel throughout the country. They should also be able to debug and problem solve in a fast paced environment, communicate clearly, and understand the importance of customer service. Honesty, ethics, and self-motivation are all important qualifications. Travel, lodging, and meals during installations are paid by Dyco
